What Kind of Experience Are You Creating for Your Attendees?
If you’re planning a conference, summit, or multi-day meeting, you already know the challenge:

➜ Keeping attendees engaged so they stay present and rave about your conference on social media.
➜ Connecting content across speakers so your event feels cohesive, not disjointed
➜ Elevating sponsor visibility so they feel valued and not just their logos listed on slides and mentioned from the mainstage
➜ Protecting the flow and energy of your event, even if the unexpected happens
That’s where I come in.
My #1 priority as your professional conference emcee (MC), is to become your event experience partner, not just the person who keeps your event on time and introduces speakers.

I activate your attendees so they rave, return and renew their membership year after year.

Why the Right Emcee Transforms the Entire Attendee Experience

You only get one shot to make your event average or amazing. Choosing the WRONG emcee, skipping one altogether, or getting an untrained volunteer to host can cost your conference more than you think.
➜ Attendees are on their phones instead of paying attention to the presenter.
➜ Awkward transitions in between sessions.
âžœ Low energy and mispronouncing a sponsor's name can determine if your event is successful or if it’s in serious trouble.
The RIGHT Emcee understands how much of your conference's reputation is on the line and becomes a strategic partner with you in the planning process.
That’s exactly what I do and so much more!
Why Women-Focused and Culturally Relevant Events Choose
Your event isn’t just another date on the calendar.
It’s an opportunity to create a space where attendees, speakers, and sponsors feel seen, heard, valued, and transformed.

That’s why I specialize in events designed for women leaders, entrepreneurs, and culturally relevant audiences.

I understand the rooms where attendees:
➜ are building something bigger than just their bank account
âžœ are navigating being underestimated or the “only” in their industry
➜ and are ready to connect and converse with communities where they can be visible and vulnerable while being taken seriously

And I don’t just host those types of conferences, I train and elevate the voices inside them.
Through my signature Luxury Language™ approach, I bring a deeper level of awareness to how speakers, entrepreneurs and founders can intentionally attract business opportunities and speaking engagements by powerfully positioning themselves on and off-line.

As an Emcee and Speaker I don’t just lead these types of events with empowerment and energy…
I truly understand what it means to be underestimated and still be an innovator, trailblazer and pioneer in my industry.
Quinn Conyers

Yes, I Speak in Sneakers And It’s More Than Just About Style

About ten minutes into a 60-minute presentation, I couldn’t feel my pinky toe. And while I continued speaking, I realized I was doing my audience a disservice. My attention started shifting from speaking and hosting to figuring out how fast I could get out of my heels.

At that moment, I realized my focus should never be on my own self-imposed discomfort. My attention should always be grounded in elevating their entire attendee experience.

That’s when I made the personal decision to retire my heels and speak in sneakers. This has now become part of my brand but it's also a conscious choice I make to stay fully present, engaged, and connected to attendees from start to finish.

As a result of my unique stage style, I’ve also been hired to create content for Foot Locker. My goal is to lead a movement on how individuals can conference in comfort, starting with wearing footwear that feels good to them.
